The team then went on to sourcing the world’s finest products to HoReCas, ranging from fresh fish and cheeses, chilled beef and lamb, frozen sea food and wide variety of dry foods.

In addition to its distribution and catering operation, Bluefin went on to offer its clients value added services such as food portioning and processing.
