Located in Muraikh and spreading over 1500sqm, Bluefin's central kitchen supplies its signature Sushi selection to retail, supermarkets and end-customers, daily from 7 am to 12 am.
8 chefs are involved in the making of the town's freshest Sushi, Pokes, Burritos, and Salads varieties.

5 chillers that can fit anywhere from 80-90 tons of chilled products. (Cheeses, Meat, Seafood).
